Only in France...

Last Friday was the fête de la gastronomie here and was celebrated in various ways.  Here's what the sparkling mineral water Badoit came up with.


  1. Very interesting...was this a planned meal or were the people surprised by it? Not understanding French leaves me a bit out of the picture ;-)

    I have a question for you - do you (or the French) use butter bells to store their butter outside the fridge? I have just discovered them on line and find them such a cute alternative to my regular glass butter dish...
