Mediterranean specialties

Here's a little something that Raphaël & Camille brought back with them at the end of their cruise around the western Mediterranean.

From Mallorca and Corsica : dried figs, copa, hazelnuts, almonds, oranges, clementines and persimone. Raph says, "You need to taste this stuff, bought directly on the site of production. The corsican copa is made from free range porc fed on acorns & chestnuts. The almonds and citrus fruits come from Mallorca."

Needless to say we've arranged a mutually-convenient time. :-)
